Basic Meals
I've found that most of my decent meals consist of 1 cup of dried noodles/instant potatoes or rice, 1/2 cup of dried meat, 1/4 cup dried veggies, and one or two gravy/sauce packages. I usually boil and add about the same amount of water as dried food, so the above meal would get about 2 cups of water. With some variety, I can eat these for days on end and stay nourished and satisfied.
